Growing up along the Jersey coast in the '80s, I still hold a fondness for corny movies, cheesy video games and long sunsets. Not having as much technology gave me opportunities to be creative in the most basic of ways. Drawing, playing music, and writing poetry were a daily part of life for me. A school field trip allowed me the chance to borrow Mom's camera and introduced me to photography. Using mostly point and shoot film cameras, I loved photography from the first time I ever pressed a shutter button. However, I hadn't developed any of my skills to their fullest potential.
After graduating high school, creativity gave way to working in the real world. I followed in my father's footsteps as an auto mechanic. I became ASE Certified, and later, Master Certified. Of course my ambition, combined with my mother's business sense, drove me to explore other fields and even business ownership. Eventually, I would return to earning a living turning wrenches.
Being creative again and starting this business has opened many doors and allowed me to meet a lot of great people. I enjoy what I do and have found truth in the saying, "Enjoy what you do and you will never work a day in your life."

Dean DiAntonio - Photographer

"To me, photography is an art of observation. It's about finding something interesting in an ordinary place... I've found it has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them."
